Join me for yoga!

Come join me every weekday morning for a rejuvenating (or sometimes exhilarating!) hour of yoga. My classes are perfect for beginner to intermediate students. One-on-one classes are available by appointment as well (see below).

We practice Hatha Yoga, which simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. Ashtanga, vinyasa, and Iyengar are all Hatha Yoga. The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or as my classes reflect, the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance.

In our weekday classes the fourth week of the month is restorative week, designed to restore balance and start off your day the right way!

Hatha Yoga beginner to intermediate welcome

Morning yoga practice can benefit you by:

– Regulating your sleep rhythm and balances your hormones
– Helping to build a healthy, consistent routine
– Possibly boosting your metabolism
– Providing a great caffeine alternative
– Morning stretching prevents injury and achiness throughout the day

My morning practice is designed to help you reduce stress, which helps to boost immunity and combat illnesses while building strength, flexibility, and balance. All are welcome to this class. Poses are offered at different levels to suit your abilities.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7am Zoom and Hybrid classes with me can be booked through the Yoga Upstairs website.

Tuesday/Thursday 8am Zoom classes can be booked below using the Monthly Yoga Subscription button, or by selecting the specific class dates available below.

Restorative Yoga with Tibetan Bowls

Second Tuesday of every month, 4:00 – 5:00pm PST

Experience the effects of Restorative Yoga with the magical sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. I will combine 4 to 6 relaxing restorative poses with the powerful healing effect of Tibetan singing bowls to release blockages, increase your energy flow, reduce stress and tension, and harmonize the body, mind, and spirit!
