This month we are moving towards the Autumn Equinox where day and night are in perfect balance – an excellent time to reflect on balance in our own lives.
August. Dear, sweet, lovely August! It might just be the most perfect month of the summer.
As July comes rushing in, I want to ask each of you to take time to cultivate slowness, and to connect to the world around you. We often value speed over slowness. We rush around, texting while we are talking to a dear friend, and sending e-mails while eating (you know you are all guilty of at least one of these!).
In the month of June there is an abundance of joy, hope, and life. On the 20th of this month, the longest day of the year takes place – “The Summer Solstice”.
May ushers in limitless amounts of positive energy. Live in this positive energy, let your hair down, lift off the ground and dare to do things differently.
April is a time to balance equilibrium. It’s a time of growth and moving forward in new and positive ways. With inspirational energy in abundance, it is the ideal month to begin healthier way of living; meditating, eating right, exercising, and the ultimate self-care.
March is a time to take action on our thoughts and inspirations. It is a time of advancement and forward movement, propelling us into the future. Decisions made in the month of March will have strength and purpose, decisions for the highest good of yourself and those around you.
February is celebrated as a month of purification, cleansing, refining, and purging ourselves from negativity. After all the fuss and fanfare of New Year’s, February seems tranquil by comparison. Most people welcome this moment to breathe and regroup after the winter holiday hustle and bustle.
