December often marks the beginning of rain, snow, and cold weather in the northern hemisphere. While nature appears to be lifeless, looks can be deceiving, deep beneath the surface are themes of rest, renewal, and hope.
It’s officially November, which means that you’re about to see a whole lot of gratitude challenges on social media. This usually means posting one thing per day that you’re grateful for, or maybe posting pictures or tagging a person you love.
October is also the perfect month for manifestation of your wants and desires. If you actively pursue your dreams and enjoy the journey with all its obstacles, rewards will be found. The 3 laws of manifestation: good intention, do no harm, unbiased passion.
This month we are moving towards the Autumn Equinox where day and night are in perfect balance – an excellent time to reflect on balance in our own lives.
August. Dear, sweet, lovely August! It might just be the most perfect month of the summer.
As July comes rushing in, I want to ask each of you to take time to cultivate slowness, and to connect to the world around you. We often value speed over slowness. We rush around, texting while we are talking to a dear friend, and sending e-mails while eating (you know you are all guilty of at least one of these!).
In the month of June there is an abundance of joy, hope, and life. On the 20th of this month, the longest day of the year takes place – “The Summer Solstice”.
May ushers in limitless amounts of positive energy. Live in this positive energy, let your hair down, lift off the ground and dare to do things differently.
