Guess who’s back from vacation, sun-kissed and full of energy? That’s right, me! I had an amazing time with my family, soaking up the sun, enjoying the laughs, and even making a few new ocean friends. I mean, what’s a vacation without sailing with a dolphin Pod? And yes, I even swam with sharks (loving reef sharks). Now, after all that fun in the sun, I’ve found my land legs again and am so excited to reconnect with all of you. My heart is full, my feet are on the ground, and I’m ready to bring some of that vacation joy into our practices!

The Spirit of September – can you feel it? September’s here, and it’s like a cozy blanket slowly wrapping around us, signaling the end of summer’s hustle and the beginning of autumn’s quieter, reflective vibe. The days are still sun-kissed, but the nights are starting to whisper of cooler times ahead. It’s the perfect time to pause, breathe deeply, and take stock of everything that’s brought us to this moment. I like to think of September as the ‘Sunday’ of the year – a time to reflect, reset, and prepare for what’s next.
