Does your body need nurturing and attention?

Moving our bodies is what gets us out of our spiral thinking and moves us to listen to what is true for our souls. Gentle yoga will prepare your body to feel the magic that you possess and allow you to let loose all those societal expectations and judgments. Moving into a beautiful Amba practice will allow us to open to our deep body wisdom and innate sensuality, letting your body tell you what to do instead of worrying if you are “doing it right”.

Beltane is a time to celebrate the Rites of spring with flowers fun sensuality and delight!

In this afternoon of celebration and ceremony, we will create a joyful sacred space to honor this magical May time of year! Where you can bring out that little girl inside of you just waiting to play in mother nature.

It’s time to eat!

You will savor lovingly prepared dishes as you Relax in the park with like-minded women.
