The Ocean of Holy Love is an ocean of liquid light that contains many colors and frequencies, which provide healing for a wide range of conditions and issues. In this journey, Renee will lead us into a relaxing guided meditation to the Ocean of Holy Love (a form of USUI/HOLY FIRE REIKI) and then it takes over. The energy is very soothing and wonderful. The Ocean of Holy love is about purifying, healing, guiding, empowering and protecting. Each experience is uniquely guided by the Holy Fire to provide attention or healing to the specific areas that you require. This experience will delight and amaze you!
Each journey is a stand alone experience, so even if you have participated in the Ocean of Holy Love experience before, this journey is likely to be different.
For our journey together, all you will need is a comfortable place to be. Your bed, a couch or possibly just laying on your yoga mat in a quiet place. The only props you need are the ones that make you most comfortable. I would also suggest a piece of paper or notebook and a pen to write intentions or thoughts of the journey, and/or candle for soft light and a light scent. Truly, what ever makes you most comfortable!
